I have been getting really down about my weight, and I know that a large amount of the weight gain is due to my unfortunate relationship with wine. I have a wine belly and that is very depressing.
The other reason is because I have gone from working a fairly active job to sitting at home on my arse, I am well aware my body shape is going to change as I age but I have gone from a size 10 to a size 16 and as for weight last time I checked I had gained over 2 stone. So that is what I am going to try and lose. My friend C is also going to try and lose weight, so hopefully we are going to help each other through
The other thing I am desperate to do is find some exercises I can do to tone up my stomach, as I do firmly believe that they go hand in hand with each other
Rather than weigh myself, I am going to measure my stomach and thighs and see if anything I do is going to make them go down.
And I am going to document it weekly, I might change which day I “weigh” in Probably a Sunday would be best, also I am thinking about doing a post documenting the exercise I have done that day and see if I am going to get any better.
One of the main things I am determined to do is touch my toes.
So to start me off
Stomach is 39 inches (99cm)
right thigh is 21 and a half inches (54cm)
Left thigh is 22inches (56cm)
And I am 8 inches (20 and a half cm) off the gound to touching my toes
