Morning

6 sits up (I know I wanted 10)

touching toes for 5 seconds

taking the dog for a walk, about 10 minutes

Afternoon

walk to the shops about 20 minutes

    Ugh, sit ups. Some days I tell myself I’m gonna do those every day and then I get crazy and do like 50, but then I hurt so bad that I don’t do any for a month or longer. It’s been a while.
