I am hoping with all the new exercising, I am going to be able to get some sort of decent sleep, and while I know it may take a while I sure hope that it is going to happen soon.
I managed to fall asleep at about 4.30am to be woken up by my little boy at 6.30am. Now it is a possibility that the reason why I found it so difficult to fall asleep was because I didn’t get up till 1pm, while that is a possibility, all evening I felt exhausted, right up to the point where I got into bed and suddenly my brain was wide awake, and panicking about all sorts of possibilities, which is just lovely.
So my plans for today, I am really going to struggle with because I just want to go to sleep. Not that my son or my brain for that matter would let me
