I am exhausted, I think over the last three days I have managed about 8 hours sleep.
I may have to break my own rule and go for a nap, which when my insomnia is bad, I try and avoid as I think it just creates a circle, you can’t sleep at night, so you sleep during the day, which then makes sleeping at night worse, but I am about to drop so it might be worth it
On the plus side (sarcastic alert) My son is getting up at half five every morning
Insomnia does suck. I also try not to nap but sometimes they do wonders.
