Tonight’s dinner

So tonight I have Megrim Sole, never had it, so I am searching for recipes, so far I have found it with brown butter, capers, lemon and parsely.

Or

A Jamie Oliver recipe I have tried before with a different flat fish, which is a very mediterrian dish, with tomatoes, olives, spring onions and garlic

Or

A Salsa Verdi sauce.

Anyone ever cooked it and if so what did you do?
