Exercise catch up days 38/39/40/41

Day 38

Nothing, I lie on the sofa

No water

Day 39

I tried today

plank sides raises. This is where you are in the position of a press up, and then bringing your legs towards your head, 30 times did 31rep

Russian twist. This is where you are sitting on your bum, legs in the air and twisting from side to side with a ball. 30 times started on the second rep did 1 rep

Leg Lowers. This is where you lie on your back legs in the air lower them, bring them towards your chest and then put them back in the air. 20 times 1 rep

Side Plank. This is where you are on the floor facing towards the side, kinda leaning on one arm and you have to hold that for 30-90 seconds. Did this for 30 seconds 1 rep

30 sit ups

30 jumping jacks

half a pint of water

Day 40 and 41

Day 40 water intake 2 pints and day 41 nothing.

It is better than I thought
