Exercise Day 49

Today was an official day off.

Maybe someone can help, with regards to the days off, I was going to do Saturday and Sunday or is it better to have them seperarte?

Also is it two days off you can take or only one

Maybe I should google, but I am having a very lazy day

  3. You can do one day off or two days off a week. I think as long as you’re exercising 3+ times a week (as much as you can or want) then you’ll get the physical/health benefits. I personally try not to do more than two days off a week unless I’m sick, but I make sure to do one day a week off no matter what because our bodies need some rest.
