Exercise Day 55

Today I woke up and my back hurt, the thought of trying to do a sit up hurt but rather than do what I have been doing which is switch my days off. I instead wanted to find something else to do.

So I did a 3 mile walk, with a 3 year old, who loved it, so I now might have to get in walking probably because it was fun
