Tips For Writer’s Block

I’ve got some tips for all of you who experience the hellish dreadful, skull dragging, eye-watering phenomenon known as ‘Writer’s Block’.

Note, these have worked for me, but I’m me, and you’re not, so it may not work for you! You’ve been warned!

Here are some tips that help me;

  1. Change your immediate environment – what do I mean by this? Well, quite simply, you have to change your mood entirely. Turn all the lights off, light some candles, and importantly, change your clothes, dress in something weird and wacky, like surf shorts with a blazer! Trust me, it helps.
  2. Just sit down and write – by this I mean, you just have to force it out. It works most of the time, and it’s obviously the easiest tip to take on.
  3. Go over old posts of yours that you personally think are very good, then improvise on those old…
