fingers crossed. I will be relaxed to sleep tonight. On top of some of your suggestions I also last night, after about an hour made a list of the stuff that popped into my head that was causing me anxiety, and have sorted about 90% of them, those 10% are stuff I can’t sort like aliens attacking the world, not much I can do about that
Learning how to accept and let go is a great skill.🌀
