I can sleep so much but am still so exhausted.
It sounds crazy, but exercise is what gives you energy. Too much sleep will mess with the bio rhythm of your body and leave you feeling tired. We are supposed to develop a regular pattern of sleep and waking up and exercise 20 minutes a day. (I know, I know, I don’t either, but I feel better when I do.)

I must admit when I do go out with the dog, I feel better, its just getting in the mindset especially when I am down
I’ve done the whole thing where I sleep for 15 hours a day because I’m depressed.
I’ve noticed that the days when I wake up early and get out of bed even though I feel like I didn’t quite get enough sleep, those are the days when I have more energy. Less than 6 hours or more than 8 hours, I’m usually tired all day.
I have been survioring on 3-4 hours for the last few months, so it is probably a combination of lack of sleep catching up and the down spiral I am going through at the minute
I sleep a lot… but I’m always tired. xD
I don’t sleep that much, which is why this was weird
