An exchange

I normally tend not to blog at the weekends due to my son. I love him dearly but he can be very full on.

Also I am desperatly trying to step away from the internet a lot more. I find I spend time just staring at a screen and at times its just not healthy, so while he is on holiday, I am stepping away from various platforms.

However, as I am just getting into the swing of this blogging lark again, we have come up with a deal, for an hour a day he gets to watch people building lego on youtube, so I can have a quick catch up of everyones blog.

Yep you did read that right, people build bits of lego on youtube. They also unwrap eggs of all shapes and sizes including kinder eggs. I have no idea why, but they get paid for this.

One kid has over a million followers on you tube and probably earns more in a day then we get in a year.

Yes I am now eyeing up my son and wondering whether we can do that. He is not keen.

A few years ago, my daughter watched YouTube videos of adults unwrapping new toys and showing how they were to be played with. They had millions of followers too. We live in a weird society.
