    Forget ‘maintain my stress levels’–I want to reduce them right down to snore level! I agree that much of this is basic common sense, and certainly worth a try.

    I loved your many ways to de-tress. My favorites are breathing exercises, hot showers, and coloring. I can’t say no to a good candle and a blanket. There’s nothing like the aroma of a calming scent. 🙂
