Its calm a little too calm

Today has just been an average day, I did everything I needed to get done before picking monkey up, I was singing to myself, my partner was ignoring me singing. Something about me not being able to sing.

I am calm, relaxed, nothing much is going on.

Bit weird for a person who 2 months ago had intense suicidal thoughts.

I hate the ups and downs, but I like this. I am now getting to the point of thinking, maybe I should start pushing myself again to go further and further afield on my own. I am going to leave it to next week to make sure its not a blip but so far I am doing well.

I can’t sing to save my life but…. I DO and even though i probably sound awful and my family encourages me not to ….😂😂😂😂😂 i do. i find myself singing all day everyday as though im Celine Dion with a sold out stadium. Now some would argue that there is enough trauma in the world and it is cruel to add to it but i grew up in a time when Karen Carpenter sang “sing….sing a song… make it simple to last your whole life long….. don’t worry that its not good enough for anyone else to hear…. just sing… sing a song.”
    Whats my point? Keep singing!!!!
