I phoned the tribunal court last Friday to try to get any information on when they were hearing my case. I get, when we have a date we will let you know.
Its been nearly 6 months now and no word from anyone. I think the worst of it is, is the waiting. If they just say no, then it will be a massive blow, but at least I am aware of where I stand at the moment, its just up in limbo and its not a nice place to be.
I am hoping its going to come through soon though, we can’t keep living like this

I am on the phone to them now to find out if there is any news, I am hoping that if I ring them once a week they will get bored of me

I have dealt with court before and unfortunately nothing is speedy as far as court goes! The waiting does drive you crazy!!! I hope you hear soon!!
