This really resonated with me, I associate certain songs to memories and some of them were my fav songs, till I associated them with something bad, however as the years have gone I have started taking them back

I “scrubbed” my music collection of songs that remind me of an ex. I hope one day I can “take back” those songs, I like how you put that!

memories are a very powerful thing, I can still hear some songs and remember the pain I was feeling at the time
