Update

As I mentioned in a previous post, I had a car logbook loan more or less threatening me.

I talked it over with my partner and we had decided just to give them the car back, after I had checked the figures to find out they were actually right, we might have been able to get some money from it after they had taken costs and fees out, but that would be doubtful.

I go onto my email and see that I had a payment from someone, I assumed it was from one of my surveys, so logged on to check it.

Turns out it wasn’t. One of my very very lovely friends had dropped the money to clear the debt, I was so amazed, I just burst into tears, which in turned worried my partner.

Of course I expressed my thanks to my amazing friend, well I say expressed my thanks, I called her a daft old cow, which I think covers it well.

She astounds me every day with her amazing generousity and I am so thrilled she is in my life
