Mood Crash

I have been so good at holding it together over the last few weeks, that it was only a matter of time before my mood dropped to a bad level. I think we can safely say that the drugs are not working.

They are meant to be a mood stabiliser, so unless they are designed to be depressive, they are not working, I am also getting very irritable at the moment.

All in all its not a good combination

Sorry you’re feeling low. I think if I found out I was going to move again within 30 days after a big move, I’d feel pretty bad too! We’re thinking of you. -R

Also, when the adrenaline stops, the feelings tend to rush in for me.
