Easy, quick, moist, tender and delicious Pan Pork Chops! There are very few Pork Chops recipes that I have loved. I don’t really like white meat but this……OH MY GOSH! There are so many flavors and what a great combination! My husband ALWAYS pours ketchup over his Pork Chops but not with this one! I cut this recipe out of a magazine over 15 years ago.
Salt and pepper both sides of each pork chop.
In a large non stick frying pan over
medium heat add the butter,
oil and the sliced onions.
Cook the onions until softened, about 5-8 minutes.
Push the onions to the side of the pan.
Turn the heat to medium-high heat
and place the pork chops in the pan.
I ran out of room so I just put the
onions on top of the pork chops.
Cook for one minute on each side.
