I find myself chatting about the bad times a lot, I think because I tend to focus so much on them, they become bigger than they actually are.
So here is a few things I have done in the last week alone.
I went on a bus, a bus that had people on it, I had to talk to the bus driver and I was alone. I did the trip by myself
Myself and Monkey did a trip to the shops, we picked up some shopping and then went home
Myself and Monkey went into town on a Saturday and looked around. He really needed some Christmas Cards
None of these look like they are amazing achievements but to me they are, all of them were anxiety ridden and tbh I hated it, but it was good for Monkey to get out and have, what could be considered a normal weekend, rather than hiding in the flat with me, because I have had to deal with going out in the flat.
I am still struggling, but I am doing now.
