Last night, I fell asleep around 11pm, I woke up at around 2am and couldn’t get back to sleep, so I did a bit of cleaning, caught up with emails and did some general stuff.
By around 5am I decided that it wasn’t worth going to bed, and just staying up, till this evening, its now after 6pm and I am really really regretting that decision.
I could of slept during the day, but I had an appt with my new mental health guy at 12.30, which is exactly at the wrong time, too early for me to nap during the morning and too late for me to nap before going to pick up monkey.
The only thing, that is keeping me up now, is monkey and hopefully he will want to go to bed early.
7pm would be a good time.
