I went to bed at 10am, I was starting to feel really light headed and not with it at all.
I woke up at around 3.30pm, ok this is not great but I woke up to it snowing.
I have snow, I am still feeling out of it and to be honest tired. I am hoping to go to bed early, get up early, that way I might sort my sleep into some sort of pattern, because I have wasted my day, I am going to have so much to do tomorrow. Its ok, I know I can catch up, just as long as I sleep tonight.
