My sleep has buggered up again, I am now napping rather than full sleeping.
I woke up at 3am this morning, after being asleep for around 3 hours and I am still wide awake. I tossed and turned for a while and in the end have gone to sit in the lounge.
The sofa is very comfortable, so I have set up a makeshift bed incase I fall asleep, sometimes my body just does that.
