Well that was weird

If you didn’t know I live in a 2nd floor flat, it has a balcony, which we have bamboo fencing up to give us a bit of privacy.

I also have 2 cats

sheldon and gizmo kitten

Gizmo, is the ginger one and Sheldon is the black and white one. Before we moved they were outdoor cats and very good hunters, now we live in a flat, they have become indoor cats, but with access to the balcony and tbh they seem fairly happy with this.

We also made sure they have plenty of toys, scratching posts to keep them entertained and of course a quiet area for them to sleep.

They both still hunt, whether that is flies, spiders, my foot.

Because the weather is so nice, I had the door open to the balcony, so they could come and go. I suddenly heard a massive thump.

One or the other, maybe both had caught a fucking pigeon. The pigeon looked fine and as soon as I could I got Sheldon off it and it flew off looking very very confused with its life.

Both cats looked really pissed off with me. I am assuming the pigeon misjudged something and bumped into the window and the cats pounced, but I wouldn’t put it past either of them that they caught it midflight.

These two are evil and cunning

This is them trying to kill me going up and down stairs
