Ahhh bollocks

Since I have been doing all this exercise and waking up earlier I have been getting tired earlier, this is great for my sleep, but for some reason I am still not sleeping brilliant, just really tired.

However tonight I fell asleep way before midnight, which is great, then I woke up at 4.30am booooooo I am going to try and sleep again, but I seem to be wide awake.

I need more sleep!!!!

    Boo. Interrupted sleep is not good! If you don’t already, try to limit caffeine after 4:00 pm. The regulation of your blood stream for a good number of hours before you head to bed might make a difference!
