Over the last few days, I have been falling asleep before midnight, this is great right?
Nop, because without fail, I have been waking up at 3am, falling asleep at 6am, waking up at 7am, getting exhausted around 2pm, picking monkey up, getting home and then power napping round about 5pm, then wide awake till about 11pm and it all starts again.
I have discovered I get a lot done, between the hours of 3am and 6am on my laptop, but frustrated I can’t really do anything else, because the normal people are sleeping.
I am unsure how to stop it at the moment, I have been through something similar, and it was more a phase than anything else, so I am hoping that this will not last much longer.
I’m in a similar boat! I am on a bit of a roller coaster with sleep, I slept last night from 6 Pm until midnight, and been up since, same the night before. xo

Its horrible, I am wondering if I stay awake till about 10 then go to bed, whether that would work

I have often thought about just getting my partner to knock me out. It might hurt in the morning, but I will probably get some type of sleep
