It’s changed and is not nearly as fun anymore, like it used to be. Now, we try to avoid it as much as possible.

The UK never really did Halloween, till about 8 years ago, (I never went trick or treating as a kid) so the decorations and knocking on doors is all new here

It’s changed. It’snot what it used to be. We only had 3 little trick-or-treaters last night. They were adorable, but only 3. We had a ton of candy leftover. Some people said they had a lot of kids, but not us. I will donate the candy to the Children’s hospital or the troops or something like that. I certainly DON’T need it around here. 🙂

LOL, I know the feeling of not keeping candy round. I hope your wrist is better now

I did, until my early thirties… but when we moved to Montréal, we got an apartment in an area where there aren’t many children, so we don’t see much trick-or-treating going on. It’s a bit sad… I really enjoyed dressing up to welcome kids with my candies 🙂

We did it this year, walked a mile in every direction and found one house doing it
