I fell asleep at 11pm last night, got woken up by a noise at 11.15pm. So 15 minutes sleep and that was all it took to keep me up all night, I walked Monkey into school, came home and curled up in bed.
I kept waking up every half an hour or so, so didn’t really get any decent sleep. I am so tired now, hopefully I can power on through to this evening and get a decent night sleep.
Fingers crossed for me
This wake/sleep cycle has been going on for me for a year and a half now. I’ve tried Trazadone, melatonin, benadryl, xanax, Restoril, nothing keeps me down more than 90 minutes. On this one, I feel your frustration. It’s like, what, do I have to get someone to hit me with a shovel over the head and knock me out just to get some decent rest?
People who think this wake/sleep cycle is no big deal really don’t grasp how it mucks up our days and nights so we don’t know whether it’s today or yesterday or tomorrow because we’re too exhausted to keep track from waking up all the time.

And to you as well, it really does screw with the day and puts pressure on things like family and friends because you are just too tired to do anything

oh I hope you got some rest! Its awful! I feel your frustration. I’ve had similar trouble lately also!

Its really horrible, I am still struggling with it, and then it makes trying to do anything 10 times as hard
