Whooo hooo sleep

I managed to fall asleep at 2am this morning and wake up just before 7am, 5 hours sleep at night really does make a massive difference and now, I am ready to take on anything this morning.

Just a shame I got my appointments mixed up

    I’m still in my sleep/wake cycle and it is miserable. By day five I am so exhausted I fall asleep and maybe get 4 solid hours…then the cycle starts again. It’s a wonder insomnia hasn’t driven us all to tinfoil hat wearing dancing naked in the streets meltdown cases. 😉
