As I write this, I made a decision to try and schedule all my posts to try and catch up with things and get into my proper routine.
Not being in my routine makes me anxious and crabby, last week I trialed it out knowing what clubs Monkey has and working round that.
Now while, this is only going to be for this week and this will be the last of my scheduled posts. If I find myself sitting on my backside a lot this week, I know I will be able to keep up with blogging, however if this is not the case, then I need to rethink what I am going to do.
My mental health effects my family already and its getting to the point now where I am putting in too much time into the internet, not just blogging but everything surveys. competitions, social media so from Monday to Wednesday I am taking a step away, from it, spend time with Monkey, my partner and the animals. I will still be around at times answering comments and such like but a massive step back is what is needed at the moment, if nothing else but to try and get my sleep sorted.
Hopefully by Thursday I shall be back to normal and ready to go
