What else can I do?

My sleep pattern seems all over the place, I seem to do this thing of sleeping really early waking up really early, not sleeping for close to 21 hours and then being so exhausted, I fall asleep about 10pm  and then still wake up really early.

I am not sure to this pattern, I am use to either not sleeping at night, or sleeping a long time but waking up through out.

What the hell is going on with my brain?

    I’m not sure of your age, I think you’re younger than I am. Could it be the change of life? 100% of the women I know who are going through it have irregular sleep patterns as their hormones change. If I’m off base you might look at any change in your routine: more cloudy days, on the phone later at might, food changes. Good luck to you! I had a really bad night with only 3 3/4 hours sleep last night. I feel for you! R
