We might all be in isolation, but that doesn’t mean we cant have a party and hopefully bring a bit of joy to everyone’s life.
If you have never done this before, give it a go, you lose maybe 30 seconds of your life adding a link and you never know who might see it, I will, my mum probably will, so its well worth it.
As everything is life there are rules, if you are new or just need reminding here they are
Rules are very simple,
- You can share up to five links
- They can be a post, your blog, someone elses post or blog
- You can comment on here from now till 11.30pm on Friday evening (GMT time)
- I shall start sharing on Saturday till 11.30pm Sunday (GMT time)
- It can be anything you want, however I will have final say if I think its is classed as an ism (racism, sexism etc)
If you would like to tweet, share, or reblog and get more people involved then go for it. Otherwise don’t be shy, you have nothing to lose by sharing something.
So if you have a post that you want more exposure, or maybe even your blog. Maybe you have seen someone elses post and thought I need to get that out, then share it. Its all a good giggle.
Just to add on this, don’t worry if you don’t follow me, just add a link, I love reading new blogs, you will still get approved (as long as you have followed the rules) and then reblogged, so if you have taken a look at my blog and thought, not something I am interested, well you are weird, but thats your choice, but your blog or link might interest another one of my followers.

I am not sure how we are going to survive if we go into complete lockdown, as it is Monkey is going nuts with just 20 minutes walk a day

It is, the same day we went into lockdown was the same day Disney plus went live here in the UK. Not saying that is a coincidence but you know 😉

I know it sounds long, I think we are going to be on complete lockdown for at least 6 weeks, then they will start to relax the rules for about 4 and then back to complete lockdown
LikeLike
In UK, you are on a 3 week lockdown right now, isn’t it? You mean it will be extended by 3 more weeks?
And why would they go back to complete lockdown after relaxing? 😱😱
LikeLiked by 1 person
Its 3 weeks and then a review, so chances are it will be extended, the whole Government’s plan seems to be not letting the healthcare system get overwhelmed, by the summer it should be better, so there is no harm lifting the lockdown, but they are assuming that it will start getting worse for the winter, so will probably go back to being locked down. Just a theory though, I could be wrong,

Ahh like that. I really hope your theory is incorrect. In case it’s coming back, we should get a cheap vaccine made for this asap.

That will probably be January at the earliest, again not an expert, so its all based on what I have understood from the experts, but I like to think this time next year this whole thing will be like the flu, people will catch it, but its not going to be as bad as it is now and we will have ways of dealing with it

In other countries that might work, in the UK, we are stupid, arrogant and selfish and very soon they are going to put in place harsher rules

People are stupid here too. And others are just helpless.. the ones who don’t have homes

Apparently in one weekend the UK has managed to home 99% of the homeless.
Go figure, apparently it wasn’t possible but somehow we have managed it

That’s amazing… Here migrant workers have been on the streets because they are trying to walk miles n miles back to their homes. They don’t have money to pay to the landlords where they were staying. The govt is trying to help them out with money n shelter n food. But we just know when they’ll be somewhere safe.

Our government has been paying out a lot to help workers who now can’t work. But we don’t really have migrant workers, well we do in one sense, in the fact other countries come over here, Our problem is going to be, now a lot of those have gone back to their countries, no one is doing their jobs. I read today, this is going to really affect farming and picking. So we really need to do something to help our farmers now.

The government is helping here too. But India’s population is so high, I don’e know if it’s going to reach everyone or not.
Yes, if were are talking about essential services being functional, we shouldn’t forget where does the food come from, how does it reach the wholesalers and then the retailer. It’s really a big chain, a lot of people need help because attendance needs to be reduced.

The problem we are facing is that the government cannot help everyone, some section of society is going to fall through the net, which is what people are now finding out, its a way to limit the number of people falling through the net which is important.
I also think that is going to be a major factor in a lot of countries, if you get locked down then its not like the food stops growing, they are going to need to do something about it quickly here (I think picking season is very soon)
