My sleep seems a little chaotic at best at the moment. First I wasn’t sleeping at night at all, which meant sleeping during the day.
Then a couple of days ago, my brain switched on itself and I couldn’t stay up past 8pm, I fell asleep at 8pm and then woke up at 5am a couple of nights ago, night before last, I fell asleep at 6pm and woke up at 2am, then last night I fell asleep at 11pm and then woke up at 4am.
I am still really tired and I am not sure what the hell is going on. I just want to sleep normally, but at least I am getting some sleep.
