The grass is not often greener

As we are part way through the 4th week of lockdown, I got thinking about how lovely it would be to live in a place by myself.

Or maybe having 2 plus kids so they can entertain each other.

A friend of mine lives by themselves and they are really struggling with this isolation now.

Another friend has 3 kids, I am debating whether to see if she has gotten round the not selling humans on ebay rule, as they are either arguing with each other or just making so much noise.

We all are dealing differently with this lock down and it is tough and its more than ok to think well this would be better, as long as you remember that sometimes the grass isn’t always greener.

If you are struggling please reach out to someone, even if it is just for a chat.

This is so true Trina. I can understand how mom’s with kids at home are struggling right now but since my kids are grown and out on their own I have not been able to have physical contact with them. I haven’t seen most of them since Christmas. I find myself wishing that they were still at home where I could make sure they are safe and hug and hold them close.

So very true! My parents are far away and not doing well while we are fine I just wish I could be there for them.
