What the fuck?

Boris Johnson did a speech last night about lifting the lockdown slightly. So many people had so many questions, so they did a press briefing tonight.

I still have no idea what the fuck is going on. I apparently might be able to meet my mum in park, but have to keep 2 meters away from her. Which to be honest would be a bit of a waste of time, as I just want to give her a big hug.

I still have no idea whether my partner can go back to work, I know Monkey can’t go back to school, that bit was clear.

I can go out and play football but only with my household and still respecting social distancing.

I have no idea what is going on and our scientists have just made it very clear they are against this whole idea, which is just wonderful.

Added to this the rumours now going round that the reason why our PM is not doing daily briefings at the moment, is because he is drinking heavily and can’t be trusted.

Also Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are not going with what the PM is saying making it just England that is going to have to deal with this shit storm, although I am unsure how Scotland and Wales are going to be able to deal with it. I assume Northern Ireland is going to go more in line with Ireland, but you just never know.

Basically what I am saying is England is sinking badly, on the plus side this might be the push my partner needs to move to Scotland.

Yes, sadly I feel the same. This is too soon and I’m unsure about how this will affect the most vulnerable in our communities.

Will Hadrian’s wall keep out the virus? If that’s not a joke in too bad taste. Maybe it will just prevent men with very bad hair in power from getting too close.

We saw his speech on the news here. It was… interesting. I think he wants to give people some hope, but I really don’t think he knows how to go about it so he’s trying to tread lightly and in the process he’s making so much more confusion.

I know this is a really old post, I just found it. Boris is a fool! Our leaders aren’t much better, but I have to say our government has been pretty stable, and pretty clear since the start about the whole lockdown, social distancing etc. etc.
