I seem to go from one extreme to the other.
The other night, I didn’t sleep at all, I finally dropped off at 5am and slept for most of the day. I woke up and spent most of the day in a dazed till I dropped off at around 1am, then this morning, after 6 hours I woke up at 7am and couldn’t go back to sleep.
Plus side I seem to have gone from having little to no sleep, to having loads of sleep, just not at the right time still.
I am hopefully going to try and get to bed early tonight, as long as I don’t nap, that is going to be key, because if I fall asleep, I am probably not going to go to sleep again.
