On Saturday, I managed to get out of the house during the day for the first time in god knows how long.
We went and got some food, it was an hour long trip, which is the longest that I have left my flat in at least 6 weeks.
I didn’t like it, but I managed it and now need to expand on that, tomorrow we are off out for a socially distant trip with my mum. I haven’t seen her since my birthday back in March, so really looking forward to it and hoping to get an earlyish night.
We also need to start prepping for Monkey going back to school, in a week, it is looking like he maybe starting at 9am. While this is not late in the slightest, we don’t seem to get started till gone 10am most week days and then we don’t have a school run, well we do, but its from the lounge to his bedroom. not the 20 minute walk to his school.
I really don’t want to miss this opportunity for him not to go back to school. So I need to try and do what I can to limit the impact from my mental health, I am hoping my maternal instinct will kick in and over rule my mental health, but who knows.
