  1. Medium rare. Emphasis on the rarer bit.

  2. Medium rare, but I like it more on the rare side. I hate people who order their steak well done or cook mine well done and then are like WHY ARE YOU COMPLAINING? It’s still steak. I am like the purpose of steak is it is actually suppose to be enjoyed somewhat on the rare side, it is not a cheeseburger. LOL.

    • My partner likes his steak cooked rare, actually he is happy if a good vet would be able to bring it back. It has taken me a while to get his steak cooked right

      • Yeah, some people like their steak pretty much fresh off the cow. xD Yeah, sometimes it can take time to adjust to other people’s preferences. My husband likes his steak more medium than myself. I am not too picky, as long as it is not well done I will enjoy it.

All this steak talk is making me miss barbecuing even more. We live in an apartment so they don’t allow us to have barbecues or grills etc. It sucks. They have a community shared one, but I have never been one to use it. xD

      • I may have to go and buy steak tomorrow, I am really craving it, I think its because my neighbours had a BBQ the other day and like you we are in a flat so can’t do that
