Counting down the days

At the moment, we are still fairly restricted to what we can do. On the hottest day of the year, I took my laptop to get fixed, this involved going on a train, wearing a mask with no air conditioning.

This made my mind up, that day trips are now out if they involve public transport.

So our days are pretty much the same. Now we count down to when exciting things are happening. Wednesday and Thursday’s Monkey goes to summer club and it gives me a bit of time out.  Friday’s I normally chat to my friend J over facebook live video thing.

Then we count down to Sunday. Sunday evenings, I sign on to skype and chat to Cyranny from Cyranny’s cove  and normally that involves other people as well. Recently its been Canada and two Brits setting the world to rights. The other Brit is Simon. 

Its good to have a conversation with people who are not my family, and also to meet people from all over the world. If you can you should join in. I promise not to slag off the UK government too much, you can catch them when Cyranny puts out a Skypy Sunday post.

I would say what we talk about, but what is said on Skypy Sunday stays in Skypy Sunday and that is probably for the best for legal reasons 😉
