I am on the brink

Of going manic. myself and my partner had to have the conversation as to whether he takes my bank card into work today.

I think I am going to be ok, but its worth the conversation, last thing we need is for me to bugger off to London with Monkey and spend all our rent money

I am struggling to stay focused on anything, I am starting jobs and getting distracted and moving onto something else.

This is really not what I needed on Monkey’s last day of his summer holiday

I hope you get your focus back soon… I’m starting my work shift, but I’ll check on you when I am done this afternoon. Take good care 🙂 *Big hugs*

  2. Deep breaths love. Half the battle has already been won…..you are aware you are on the brink of mania. It is difficult to do and even harder to have someone write telling you to do so. I understand to a lesser extent re mania level energy. We are here for you. 🙂 Hugs.

  3. Chin up! The fact you are aware of the brink of mania is enough in itself. Glad you shared this with us.

  4. Glad you know your symptoms so well. Do you have a favorite chill out cycle? Any extra pampering for yourself? (that doesn’t need the credit card;)
