That was unexpected.

I have been doing fairly well with my anxiety, although I am still having my ups and downs with it.

Yesterday, I was happily cleaning my kitchen, when I heard what I thought was a knock at the door. I wish I could say, I smiled and went answered the door, but what actually happened, was I started having a panic attack that someone had come round and I knew nothing about it.

This is not a new thing for me, but it hasn’t happened in years. Probably because I have made sure if someone knocks at my door, its because they have been invited.

Turns out, after I had managed to calm down, there was no one there and the sound I heard was a cat. Who has been told off, he didn’t give a shit.

Something else to work on though

I feel for you pal I have those panics myself, also when the phone rings can be a nightmare its not nice is it lol. hopefully though if you don’t feel this to often anymore your on track towards being free from these tortures. people who don’t have these experiences just don’t seem to get it but I know how awful these events can be. all the best pal stay strong. good luck. peace x

  2. I relate so much to this. I pretend to not be at home when that happens. Hope today goes smoother for you.
