I have had so little sleep over the last few days and feel like a zombie, yet I cant seem to sleep and when I do, I struggle to sleep for long.
Its like my brain suddenly goes, right I have found a new thing to panic about.
Hopefully this will soon past.
Am not sure but have you tried Magnessium to help sleep? I take 1000mg about half hour or so before bed and it has helped significantly. If waking in middle of night could try taking three. It is all natural and is good for your blood pressure as well. LOL may not work for you but I have found it works for me and much like yourself I use to struggle to fall asleep and then stay asleep. 🙂
