I fell asleep at 1am, woke up at 2am, went straight back to sleep, up again at 5.30am and back to sleep for another hour.
My anxiety is still sky high, so I am going to do the morning school run, which is normally quieter, partner will do the bits and bobs that needs doing outside in the shops and such like.
Just see where today leads, but its nice to be up at 6.30am having had sleep, rather than an hour or no sleep.
