We are all in this storm together

At the start of the pandemic, that is all I heard, then someone came out with, we might all be in the same storm but we are not in the same boat.

The thing is this can apply to alot of things, such as the general election in 2019 and Brexit.

If you think of it as the Cabinet is in a fuck off big boat with lots of staff and the rest of the country is in a rubber dingy with a hole in it.

We are using a colander to try and get the water out, because we want to survive and we have chosen as a leader someone who promised us more money, not letting more people into the boat because we might sink, no matter their qualifications and if they have a bucket and because we didn’t want to give some money to the flotillas of 27 boats, because people kept moving around and we might add in more boats to keep us going. So we left that and struck out on our own.

Our leader, just sits there and sacrifices one person after another because he wants to get on the big boat and doesn’t give a shit how s/he does it.

Despite the fact that there are better qualified people to lead, we keep on voting in this person. Because, the other people are too left wing or won’t respect the will of the people by going back to the flotilla. Despite facts, figures and science being shown as to how this is a bad idea, we keep on voting the idiot in. Nothing changes and despite the complaints on how badly this is being run and how we are still in this damn storm, we keep on voting the fucking idiot in.

Infact our moto is The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result

Welcome to the UK
