Luckily, we have a fire place but we also stack on the clothes – sweat pants/shirt, extra socks, and maybe a thick blanky. We had a big ice storm several years ago that took out a whole shit load of the city power grid. We were without power (and heat) for almost two full weeks – a real bitch of a time. My mom was still with us then – she was in her late 80’s and really had a time of it. Our temps were running in the low to mid-20’s F for most of the time.
Sorry you are having such a time of it. Hope it ends soon. Prayers and hugs.

Fluffy long songs with sweats and a big sweatshirt. Add on a blanket or two and a cat. π

Fuzzy socks! Layers of long sleeve shirts, insulated/thermal pants/shirts… and a heated chair pad!!!
I will use the hair dryer to warm the bed sheets too! LOL!
