Lush and green but no one would ever have to mow grass or pull weeds or exert any manual labor to keep it up. Anyone living there with me would be peaceful, happy, maybe a little goofy at times, but never a harsh word. Everyone would be equal, take turns cooking and cleaning up without bitching and moaning…sorta like Shangri-La.
