I once heard that if you don’t have an alarm for a week, your body will start to wake you up naturally so you can figure out how much sleep you need a night.
It appears I need about 8 hours, but in 2 hours slot. Basically I appear to be a cat.
For the last few nights I have been sleeping 4 hours at night, depending on when the next four hours happens depends on what time I fall asleep.
If its evening, I am falling asleep at around 2am and waking up at 6am. If its early evening or I get woken up, then I am asleep at 11pm and wake up at 3am, then by 1pm I am so tired, I am dragging myself through the rest of the day.
I suppose the plus side is I appear to be sleeping at night, well for some of it at least.
