My sleep is upside down, but its a good thing

I am falling asleep at just after midnight at the moment, which is so strange, I am waking up several times though the night, but instead of getting up, I am staying in bed with my eyes closed, on several occassions I have gone back to sleep.

I have managed to boost my sleep from four hours to six hours in the past few days and I am refusing to nap during the day, which is probably what is helping me fall asleep at just after midnight.

Lets hope this keeps going for a little while, its nice to wake up after having more than a few hours sleep and cracking on with my day.

  1. I have probably asked this before but do you use melatonin or anything? Have I told you that I use magnessium to help me fall asleep at night and it is awesome. My mom told me about it and I have been using for the last five years. I take 1000 mg a night. If I wake up and have difficulty falling asleep I take another one. I am so happy though to see that you are finally beginning to get some sleep in. 🙂

I’m getting a lot of sleep lately too. think going to bed early is helping, and not always getting up when I wake, just trying to get back to sleep sometimes works for me too!
