I took the last 2 days off from social media, I have been really struggling with my anxiety and depression.
I am so down and the suicidal thoughts are there at the front. Yet today I found a bit of motivation, so at 6.30 in the evening, I was cleaning the kitchen and mopping the floors.
I feel a bit better than I did, but the anxiety is still there and it hurts.
My silver lining is I have done two of the school runs this week, so despite everything I have managed to force myself and get Monkey, rather than asking my partner to do it.
