I have no idea what is going on with my sleep pattern and whether it is an improvement on normal.
I wake up at 6.30am, so far so good, I am in time for Monkey and getting on with everything nice and early.
I start feeling tired round about 2pm, but struggle along till about 8pm, when I basically drop, this is not a good thing, because if I do fall asleep, I wake up at around 11pm. Then I am up till around 2am and the whole pattern repeats itself.
However, I do think that it is maybe better than it was last week, which was roughly 4 hours sleep but waking up every hour or so, so it never felt any better, at least this way I am getting 4 hours or solid sleep and altogether its about 6-7 hours in a day which is unusal for me.
